MondeTech offers 3 options for your payment:
1) PayPal: A 100% Secure On-Line Payment method. You can pay using your credit card or your PayPal balance. It is not necessary to open a PayPal account, but it is recommended.
2) 2CheckOut: 100% Secure On-Line Payment method. You can pay using your credit card.
3) Wire Transfer: Towards an Account in Spain. After making your purchase we will send you an email with our bank account details, and a personalized amount to pay (in Euros). You can request the transfer from any bank.

You will receive an email from us after the payment is done. Products are shipped normally 24-48 hours after the payment reception. You will receive a second email when products are shipped. Products are normally delivered 6-14 days after shipping.

All our products are guaranteed for 12 months. If you have any problems please write us giving us much detail as possible of the problem, and sending pictures if necessary. We will always propose you solutions.

We normally send our bank account details, along with a personalized amount to pay, within 24 hours of the purchase. Please verify your spam folder if you cannot find our email in your inbox.

In spite of our fast shipping, there are always a 3%-5% of parcels arriving late, 15-30 days after the product is shipped.

We therefore ask customers to be patient, and do not worry if your purchase does not arrive before 30 days of expedition.

We consider an article as “lost in Transit” only when 30 days from expedition has passed. Please write us if more than 30 days have passed.
